After months of rain and waiting, our house is finally ready for the 'trim out'. Problem is, now, we keep getting pushed back and baffled around by the people who do the scheduling. Emails, calls etc..gone ignored....until they are ready to, once again, give us a runaround and vague ideas. You know who you are. I've had it. From the moment we walked in we knew this place towered over the other home centers! Brittany and PJ were the nicest and most real of any others. We knew we had found out place! They have been so patient with us, always answering out question (and there have been many) and going the extra mile to stay on top of our home buying process! Thank you so much for everything!!!!

Had a great experience, great and friendly staff. But I have to say Brit our sales rep. Was outstanding she took us on our tour and asked every question we had. I love that as she was showing us the house she gave the price of all what you will pay, not just the price on the house. Great homes well built. Beautiful as well

We bought the Amelia from Bentli Homes. While waiting on financing from our bank, bentli staff blew up our phones EVERY SINGLE DAY asking about the money. They even blew up our bankers phone. Once they received their money, we heard NOTHING from them for weeks. We finally started calling them asking about when the house would be delivered- each time they would give us an excuse. Homes are gorgeous but the people, outside of the sales department of course, are 👎🏼
We have shopped several places, Bentli has far better quality homes. Brittany was great, she showed us several different models and was very knowledgeable on all the options available and construction of the homes. After the way we were treated at the other places we wound up back at Bentli again just before closing time, Brittany happily walked us back through the two homes we had picked and even showed us another one. Great service, great quality. Absolutely reccomend.
