DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! it takes months for them to finish homes ....I am living in a uncompleted home with No Septic it has been a nightmare. I call and visit bentli homes office they give me the go around next week , next week ,next week! i am living in a home with no septic can not use bathroom or sinks or kitchen sinks !!!
EDIT: after 9 months of phone conversations and emails they have not even tried to come out and help us with the warranty work they promised they would fix. some of it was small stuff that I was able to fix on my own, we had to come out of pocket to fix other things. especially the gaps in our windows that were letting in cold winter air, that came from Transportation. Guess that's not important enough to fix. I also can't fix the wrinkles in my drywall that came from Transportation. I suppose Bentley doesn't think that's go... read more
**edit** Our home was delivered and finish out completed when the rains finally allowed. We are very happy with our Clayton home, and I must say, the our punch out list contractors (Mike and David from Clayton) were amazing! So incredibly professional and so very personable! Clayton better never let these guys get away!*** I highly recommend Bentli to purchase your new home! After months of rain and waiting, our house is finally ready for the 'trim out'.
