Bentley of Truck service’s Mark Henley has been a fantastic help with all our needs and information on our box truck. From a difficult DEF system issue to a simple annual DOT inspection and all issue in between and unseen they get it done and Mark makes it a priority to keep me informed.
My driver picked up a truck here this week and worked with Mark Henley from drop-off through pickup. Mark did a great job keeping me informed of the truck’s status throughout the process. We will definitely be back.
Our driver experienced mechanical failure while on route through the city Mark Henley was of great help in getting our truck back on the road with minimal downtime. He also went above and beyond in meeting our drivers early in the AM to retrieve the truck. Highly recommended
They are OVERCHARGING for parts by ALOT! Look up the part online and see first before buying any parts from them they are ripping drivers off ! I have proof with receipts
