Buyers should beware of doing business with this dealership. I deeply regret making a car purchase from this dealership. They will say/promise anything to make the sale but after the sale the buyer is left on his own to correct problems. As an out of state buyer, I recently purchased a pre-owned Bentley Continental from Braman Bentley and guarantee it will be my last purchase from this dealer. Bad communication with the financial person After we were all agree to purchase the tire protection , I learned I did not have the protection after I had a flat tire. Be careful on that as they just give you an iPad to sign and I can’t tell if you sign a waiver declining the protection. So I purchase it later after I realized was not added Bad bad bad experience
More than an experience, I'd like to give a huge thanks to Mr. Amir Moayeri whom I've known for over 7 years. I bought my first luxury bmw M3 from him when he was at bmw and after many years I was informed of his promotion over to Bentley.
