Home warranty company referred us to Benson's to fix our dryer in our new home. After three visits to our home our dryer is still not fixed. I have asked for a refund of the $75 I have already paid them.. Was told it is nonrefundable. So I still have a broken dryer and I am out $75. This was my first and last experience with Benson's. Never again!
Benson's Service is HORRIBLE ! They will not stand behind their service.....DO NOT USE THEM. A service man made a mistake and ordered the wrong part for my dryer and forced it stay on. After it failed Benson's had to come out and order the correct part and they STILL charged me for the second service call and the part. They took a small amount off ....But I still had 3/4 of the bill left to pay. I WILL NEVER USE BENSON'S AGAIN !! Have a home warranty that covered Bensons in Pekin so we went with them for a dryer repair. Bensons is extremely familiar with this home warranty company and what they cover but did not tell me that there were two things wrong with the dryer and that the home owners warranty would only cover one thing even though they knew that. Now they are sticking me with another bill on top of my deductible. They should have told me how much it would cost before they stuck me with it!!

I am sorry there was a miss understanding between the Home Warranty company, Bensons and yourself. After talking with our managers it appears that we absorbed the cost of the part, so you would not have to pay another deductible to the warranty company. Sorry for the confusion with this service call.
What a joke, we were quoted $75 to install the rubber ring around the front of the washer. We had the part and everything. Horrible service. Then we are charged $125 because they charged $50 extra to park in the driveway. When calling to ask about the additional charges Cory Edinger hung up on me. "I was concluding our business."
