We are a loyal customer due to Jeff representing Benson with the highest quality response, communication, availability and follow up of work performed. He has gotten us thru 2 bad weather damage repairs. Update. 5 years after the roof was replaced I had an issue with the trim. One call to Benson and they had a crew come out for trim replacement. Excellent service after the roof replacement.
We had a persistent roof leak issue this summer after having replaced some siding along a 2nd story window. We have worked with 2 other roofers to fix the problem. Benson Restoration fixed our leak and it was exactly where I knew the leak was coming from. They came to our house promptly, located the leak on our very steep shingle roof. They explained the reason for leak and the repair was completed in a timely manner. We have not experienced any further leaks. I had damage inside my home from my roof leaking. I had two repairmen come to my home and fix the damaged walls and ceiling. I was so impressed with the quality of the young gentleman that did the repairs, no short cuts and went above and beyond with the repairs! Thaddeus was a perfect example of what you want your employee to be and his helper Ricky was a hard worker and very courteous. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs Sheetrock repair.
Really happy with Kevin Meacham and Benson Restoration. We have a very steep and difficult roof. Kevin worked with us to fully understand what we wanted and needed. He was responsive to our questions and requests and came up with some outside the box thinking to handle our needs. I will be using this business again based on how well my first time went. Highly recommended.
