My husband and I had a great experience at Benson Nissan. Hal Parker was our salesman and he was great, very customer service oriented. Everyone we met were extremely nice!
bought 2015 Altima with 25000 miles for 17800 out the door plus another 1500 for warranty. it's been in the shop more times than I have driven it. service manager Dale is rude and snaps at you when you don't agree with his diagnosis. 28 city 37 highway actually getting 19/30. Dale says driver habit. after corporate looked at it they found bad valve body in trans. it was since repaired but with no change to mpg. Nissan say car it fine. after 4 months of back and forth still at square one.
