They will rip you off, tell you one thing then change the paperwork to something else. Finance guy doesn't know how to do his job & tells you one thing... Does another. Managers do nothing to help the problem.
There service dept is great - Pat and Dale are so friendly and super helpful . Would highly recommend them . Have bought 2 cars from that dealership already . Only use them to service both cars .

Completely ripped off and lied to about a lot of things and took advtange of by Blake never again will I buy from them or a nissian. Also they messed my contract up . It took me three months to get my tag fixed wher e the messed it up. Plus the added gap and warrtany with our me and my mom knowing it . Also it added 30 dollars to my car payment ever month and added 2000 to my pay off on my car and aslo when contacting Blake about how unhappy I was he blocked me so I couldn't contact him
Bought our first car. Best deal around, not just on the Nissan Sentra but even compared to all the other makes. Walked out very satisfied. If you go there, "ask for Duck."
Bought a 2013 Pathfinder with 13K miles, not from this dealership. The transmission had to be replaced at 45k miles. At 61K miles, the driver's door handle quit working. I cannot get out from inside the car. If the car ever catches on fire, I will burn up inside trying to get out. I have argued with Nissan for four and half months trying to get them to cover it. Then I got a call saying that they will cover it and i take it in and now no one knows about it. I had to fight for three months to get them to replace the transmiss... read more
