I love my new nose that Dr. Pulikkottil beautifully reconstructed. A large portion of my nose was removed during a Mohs procedure because of basal cell carcinoma. He needed to take a skin flap from my forehead and cartilage from my ear. He took the time to patiently answer all my questions and explain to me in simple terms what was a very complicated surgery. His entire team is very helpful and professional.

I was referred to Dr. Pulikkottil after having Moh's surgery on my nose from basal cell cancer. He repaired my nose with a skin graft and did an incredible job!! I'm impressed with how well my nose has healed and how well the graft blends in with the skin color of my nose. Dr. Pulikkottil and his staff are friendly, caring, and compassionate.

Dr. Pulikkottil was my plastic surgeon for a wound repair on the back of my calf from melanoma surgery. The wound was large and required at first a cadaver skin placement until the pathology reports were in. Once it was confirmed that all of the melanoma had been removed, another surgery with Pulikkotil was scheduled for a skin graph to be placed over the wound for wound healing. After years of not being able to straighten my little finger due to Dupuytren’s contracture, I’m happy to be able hold it straight again and flatten my hand. Dr Pulikkottil performed surgery to release the contracted tissue. Chris, the physical therapist and everyone else in the office were very great to work with for a successful recovery.
