I am very, very fortunate that my Dermatologist referred me to Dr. Pulikkottil for the skin flap closure procedure after having Mohs surgery on my nose. Dr. Pulikkottil and his entire staff were tremendous in their care for me before, during and after my procedures. Dr. Pulikkottil did exactly what he said he was gonna do & exceeded his expectations! The tip of my left thumb was severed in a horse incident & I had no anticipation that it would ever be salvaged. Dr Pulikkottil and his staff were very friendly. He was so helpful explaining everything. He cared about my feelings. He has a great since of humor and just cares about his patients. He would be the surgeon I would contact if I needed him again!
Our son had a surgery to remove his Osteosarcoma, and we were referred to Dr Pulikkottil to perform the leg reconstruction and skin graft. We could not have been happier with the results. Dr. Pulikkottil and his staff made us feel comfortable and informed. Our son is on the autism spectrum and his staff worked with him to talk through every step of the process, pre-op and post-op. He and his staff are top notch.
A spine surgery by another surgeon on Cinco de Mayo 2025 went well, but an infection arose that caused a gapping wound in my back. Another surgery before the Fourth of July and subsequent best efforts by wound therapy specialist were unable to fix the issue. Dr Pulikkottil recognized what needed to be done and had me in the OR days later. After a little over a month, I’ve been cleared for normal activities.
I’m really happy that I still have my thumb, appreciate being able to still Use my dominant side
