I purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu Monday from Benson hyundai and it was the best car buying experience. Customer service was top notch. I had my two year old son with me and everyone I came in contact with was very nice and also made accommodations to keep him entertained while the car buying process was taking place. Robert Winecoff made car buying a great experience. As someone in the military I was unable to physically be there but they made the process painless and I was greeted with a new car when I returned home.
Our visit to Benson Hyundai brought us face to face with a salesman that could, and did look us eye to eye and told us a bold face lie. This causing us to take hard hit on our credit score. On a vehicle we told him we were no longer interested in . NOT GOOD !
