I have never in my life of purchasing new cars ever dealt with what I have purchasing my car here. I purchased my fiat Abarth spider the 1st week of Dec 2017, as of today I still do not have what I need to pay my taxes and get my car registered in Tn... . Drive out tags have long expired . I was told they would send me another drive out tag..I have never received them. Talked to them more than 5 times regarding this issue. Not to mention my car alarm has gone off on 3 different occasion while I am driving down the road..which they have no answer for. .Benson fiat has just past the buck on that issue to my local fiat deale... read more
I just had a fabulous shopping experience at Benson Fiat. Mike Kulla was the sales person who assisted us and he was fabulous. He was always accommodating and friendly took care of our every need.
