It’s been outstanding having Ben work on my bike. Every time it’s come back I feel like it’s purring. Ben’s does great work- he’s careful and efficient, and he’s an outstanding communicator. I leave feeling like I know what he did and why, what might be coming over the horizon in terms of issues of scheduled maintenance, and things I can do keep it running smoother longer. Ben and Nikya are great to work with. Absolutely recommend!

Ben's is a very good place for BMW motorcycle maintenance and service. Highly recommend for people in the Santa Cruz, Monterey country area.
I have been coming to Ben’s shop for a few years now and this review is long overdue. The first time I came to see Ben and Nikya was for a simple set of tires, but the friendly, expert service and fair prices keep me coming back again and again. He changed my tires and pointed out a weeping seal on my final drive. He mentioned it would be an easy job I could tackle myself but offered to take care of it if I wasn’t up to it.
