Ben's is jovial and nice so long as the reconditioned junk they are selling holds up. If you have a problem and try to use the useless warranty and you'll see the mean, hateful, nasty Ben come out. After being a very loyal customer and spending $1000 over a year or two, my last purchase was a $300 laptop. It kept crashing and when I took it back they disregarded the warranty and charged me to 'fix' it. I told him it was not fair and he got nasty and actually followed me out of the store yelling and trying to justify his shod... read more

Bought a Laptop from these people about a year ago, Just brought it into the Griffin Store, these guys really fixed my laptop pretty good! It had a-lot of viruses on it...and they got my laptop ready for me within the next day! I was sooo happy to get my laptop back the next day!.. --Great Service! the techs there are really nice : )
Given what I know about the owner, I wouldn't give them my business.
