RecommendedI just wanted to take a minute to say how wonderful Jay was at redoing the flooring of our cottage. He was kind, knowledgeable and very clean. As a family that is new to the area we went with Ben’s Flooring by word of mouth and I will be recommending them myself. I had a vision of flooring that looked like drift wood and that’s exactly what our vinyl planks look like. We love it so much we will be doing the kitchen too.
Jay did a great job installing our new floor at Goose Rocks Beach. The quality of the materials is first rate. Ben’s employees are helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Beth, Scott, Isaac and Jay. Our apartment had an unexpected flood, and they removed the flooded flooring the day after we contacted them. We can’t recommend them enough! They are complete professionals.
We have used Bens Flooring twice now for flooring. They have lots of quality selections, as well as great installers. We are very happy with our new floors and will use them again for our next project.
We had a very nice person come to our house for an estimate. Then we waited and waited...finally a response that he was out of town but would get back to us...more waiting. And waiting...then the estimate, which was very reasonable. We reach out to ask what the next steps were, when can it be done etc...more waiting...we stop by the store, leave our contact info...more waiting...today we receive an email that they are too busy to accommodate us until the Fall! We've had Ben's Flooring replace a floor in our living room at home, and it is absolutely gorgeous. All of our friends remark on how great it looks. Their staff is tremendously skilled, friendly, and professional. They recently brought back to life, the first floor of our older cottage, and is is an amazing transformation. We highly recommend them to anyone that has flooring needs!
