Thomas was very helpful in helping rent two bikes for a long ride for my son and me. We're from Georgia, so we had no equipment with us. Thomas set up my son with a water bottle rack and put my pedals on the rental. He provided a map, directions, and local help in getting the most from our ride. He suggested riding some on the roads north of Sequim, through the lavender fields. Highly recommend this bike shop!
customer service is fast and efficient; very helpful in finding what you require or want. A very relaxing place to go with a large inventory to choose from.
Sam at Bens Bikes Sequim was very helpful on the phone in arranging 2 road bike rentals for next month when we visit friends in Sequim. We will be doing lots of miles on trails and roads, up and down hills, so bike fit is important. I anticipate when we get to the shop, we will be impressed even more with personal attention.
