RecommendedHonestly... I prefer this shop over any of the shops that you could consider local to me in Port Orchard. I actually go out of my way to drive up to Sequim (about an hour, give or take 10 minutes) just so I can do business with their shop. I bought a scooter from Ben's bikes and Mike would not even put the upgraded Tanner Fox wheels on for free. You can find the same Wheels online for $23 he wants $40 and won't even put them on for free he, wants to charge you to put them on. I am totally dissatisfied with Ben's bikes they are what I Define as a rip-off. A total rip-off won't even service the bikes they sell you or the scooters. These other reviews are just friends they probably pay them to put these reviews on here.
My wife and I took our bikes here after not having ridden them in quite some time. They gave us an estimate for the tune-ups which was reasonable. They finished all of the work and gave us a call 3 days earlier than expected, and I must say we are both very pleased. My wife's cruiser is now performing much better, and my bike (a Giant), is now running like new again. They tightened up the brakes and gear shifting perfectly. If I ever need any bike stuff I will go here for sure.
Bought a basic bicycle from them for my girlfriend a couple of months ago. Very helpful customer service who patiently spoke to our novice level. Bicycle is exactly what we were looking for and performs perfectly well. Overall great experience and will continue to be a customer.
