Hubby & I loved it there...food, atmosphere & services. We had the fried eggplant with lump crabmeat for our appetizer which was awesome...I could have eaten that as a dinner too! The waitress we had was great & very knowledgeable about the menu. This is a place we'll eat at again.
The service was so bad we had to leave. Not one person came to our table for 20 minutes after we were seated. No water, nothing! So disappointed � No time to go anywhere special before the show. �
Worst dinner experience of my life. Dont eat here rude took our cups for refills and did not bring them back. I told staff I didnt like the food they tryed to offer me something free it was so bad I did not want the free stuff. Also staff made you feel like you was not welcome. They did not even want to give us the rolls like all of the other customers while we waited. Maybe we was treated so poorly because we was the only African Americans there including staff. just ok..chops were about 2 millimeters thick..I got a paper cut when a piece fell out of my mouth.
Great food. I definitely recommend the pork chops. Came in to town on business and I highly recommend it.
It was St. Patrick's Day and we brought our little one (6mo) for a dinner at the Landing. It was total chaos outside, and we were so grateful to find a reprieve at Benny's where we enjoyed great service, delicious food, and a gorgeous riverside view. The atmosphere was so pleasant and calm inside, our server, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and humorous, and we were very comfortable in the large booth we where given on account of our having a car seat where our daughter sat during dinner.
