Stop discriminating against people based on race would be a good start. Fire employees who do this.
Discrimination as well as mishandling of issues within your staff is a severe understatement. Do not recommend, especially when there are literally a ton of BETTER local coffee spots that actually treat their customers with respect.
I am disappointed that the owners and management would issue such a lazy statement upon the racist altercation that occurred with one of their employees and a respectful, paying customer. The path to resolve is clear, yet you stand idly by while your business perpetuates a racist attitude against our community. Racist employee who continuously targets African Americans
Bad. Would not recommend.
Read about how you treat people of color and your employee’s first reaction is to call the police despite the fact that the manager was made aware of the situation. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
Racist attitudes of their staff and unwillingness to correct this behavior, opting instead to put the burden on the customer to avoid the racist employees rather than welcoming them at all times.
