Best management people ever. Lisa the manager and everyone there is so responsive to your needs. I appreciate all they have done for me. I would rent again here without any hesitation.
Living here was a dream. The location is beautiful, not too far from downtown Raleigh, and extremely safe/family friendly. I never felt uncomfortable here living alone, and there is a trail right behind the apartments that I would run on all the time! Maintenance always completed tasks in a timely manner. Alfreda, the office manager, needs a raise. She is so kind, so helpful, and very personable. I will miss having her help when I move!
Here i am with another update. They seriously think that reducing my "debt" to them by half resolves the matter and mkes it right? No. I now am having lung issues that medical professionals are believing is related to mold toxicity. And they still want to charge me? Please. You want to make it right? Acknowledge that you ignored the mold issue. Acknowledge that i had every right to leave. Never opens the pool on time literally every year. Very annoying. Management is extremely rude and not friendly at all. DO BETTER.
After everything I lost due to the mold, they refuse to acknowledge the health hazard that also affected my health and proceeded to bill me for nearly 9000. They said they had to replace door frames through out. Yet when I moved in many were damaged already and painted over in many layers. This place is absurd. Avoid it and save yourself the hassle.
