I stayed in this complex for one full year. The common areas are generally clean and the site has clear rules in place. However, the apartments and kitchen appliances are quite old and in need of renovation. The dishwasher broke down four times during my stay, and the units overall require serious maintenance. Completely disappointed with this property. Not so much for the infrastructure but for the staff who work there. From minute 0 they treated us very badly and with contempt. They made us pay for the whole process before showing us the apartments supposedly by company policies and even after paying and almost having signed the contract they continued to resist not to show us the apartment. My daughter and her friend recently applied for an apartment at Amberwood at Lochmere, and the experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, they were upfront about their income and were told they only needed to make three times the rent to qualify. After they both applied and each paid an application fee, the requirement suddenly changed — first to five times the rent, then to six times.
