Completely disappointed with this property. Not so much for the infrastructure but for the staff who work there. From minute 0 they treated us very badly and with contempt. They made us pay for the whole process before showing us the apartments supposedly by company policies and even after paying and almost having signed the contract they continued to resist not to show us the apartment. My daughter and her friend recently applied for an apartment at Amberwood at Lochmere, and the experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, they were upfront about their income and were told they only needed to make three times the rent to qualify. After they both applied and each paid an application fee, the requirement suddenly changed — first to five times the rent, then to six times. Terrible approach to potential new tenants. The floorplans and property were all nice and fine but the woman who gave me a tour was rude & off puting. She made it obvious when she didn't like my answers or questions by staring at me for moments with judgemental looks in silence before carrying on, making anything I asked or said feel stupid. I was extremely glad to get out of my lease here, between the milipedes, they pretty much own the complex, baby roaches, the roaches you don't want to see, and all types of other bugs, my time here was spent mostly trying to fight adhesives the insects. Mold took over the bathroom and they did nothing, the bathtub made so much noise from having mold underneath that you could hear whoever was showering all the way outside......
