Terrible approach to potential new tenants. The floorplans and property were all nice and fine but the woman who gave me a tour was rude & off puting. She made it obvious when she didn't like my answers or questions by staring at me for moments with judgemental looks in silence before carrying on, making anything I asked or said feel stupid. I was extremely glad to get out of my lease here, between the milipedes, they pretty much own the complex, baby roaches, the roaches you don't want to see, and all types of other bugs, my time here was spent mostly trying to fight adhesives the insects. Mold took over the bathroom and they did nothing, the bathtub made so much noise from having mold underneath that you could hear whoever was showering all the way outside...... It would be great if trash service does what you pay for instead of deliberately and never taking the trash for the service and for the apartment people to actually do something about it
