Do not. Rent here. There are a lot of cockroaches in the whole apartment building. The worst part is that the owners know and the whole. The neighborhood we've been requesting pest control in, and the manager's name is Lisa. She said. She doesn’t care. This place is very expensive. And it's supposed to be okay—a nice area. But. Paying. For. These unhealthy ways are a terrible way of living.specially of the managers dont care about this. Terrible. Situtation and when we have kids. And they can get sick
Sarena was very friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the process of getting ready for my move-in date. I visited a few properties in the area. Bennington Heights was my favorite. They also have a cute cat named Tabby who welcomes you to the clubhouse.
They canceled their partnership with rent cafe now their new online portal has a 31$ convenience fee to pay rent - I have called twice and have visited the office over billing issues on the app - They have 3 times been told they will call back and I have received nothing-
