Very Unprofessional, Horrible record keeping more concern with bringing in new tenants rather than taking care of tenants that’s been here. Take’s forever to have things fixed. Raised fees but no upgrade to units.
When I first moved in it was cool but I’ve been here for almost 3 years now and it’s terrible. Maintenance repairs takes months if not years to be fixed. I’ve been complaining about MOLD in my apartment for a year now and they have yet to come do anything about it. My heat in my apartment does not work at all so I have to cut on my oven and leave the door open just for my house to be warm and also I had a straight bullet go thru my bathroom window and hit my wall they haven’t fixed that either so I put duct tape on my window... read more
DONOT MOVE HERE
Got approved in August. Still waiting on a move date was told October they never communicated . So I gave them a call to check on status was told that they can not give me a date basically I’ll be moving in. October so October came around I had to reach out to them again to get a run around to be told November without them even communicating to me.
