We went there to get glasses for my kid. The manager helped us to select glasses. We were able to get a nice pair of glasses with a decent price. My experience with them is positive and on par with other opticians in the area, however no one else was able to beat their discounts. Most of the other staff are nice as well as the manager. However the receptionist is clueless sometimes and hard to deal with her. I hope she will be more proactive and try to help customers than looking like a lost kid. Very slow and unprofessional. Took 6 weeks to get glasses. Never called me and they wouldn’t answer the phone during their normal working hours. Seems like a slipshod affair.
