Hello - You have been holding our money since 7/25/2016!!! We have been very patient in waiting for our money to be returned to us. I have held off on filing complaints out of common courtesy. My complaint may not mean much but all of my complaints will be extremely thorough, if necessary and made through every channel possible if this hold off continues. Never had any problems my family n I have been here for 3 years we love living here and we moved from Ponte Vedra, clean place qiuck maintenance if something is broken, a good place to raise a family!
4 stars for being an excellent place, with an excellent staff. -1 for having payment methods from the 80's.
Bennett Creek Apartments are amazing I would recommend to anyone i know.
