I'm so disappointed with Bennett Creek apartments, today is a beautiful day to be I the pool and it has been closed for long time. We have tried to make BBQ and is also not working. Some of the walk way lights have been broken for long time so we have to walk in the dark at night. I think non residents keep coming in and using the facilities.

Never have I been so disappointed with a place of residence, or been so offended by such rude staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We have lived here for over a year and there has been one maintenance issue after another. The AC has failed multiple times, leaving us with no AC often for weeks at a time. The office staffers do not care or don't know. They don't want to be bothered. Not to mention the maintenance staff that close out work orders without even addressing the issue. Leasing manager and site manager are totally unprofessional. Neither returns calls, nor provide accurate reliable information, and avoid you when you come to see them. Avoid this place there are a lot of other apartments complexes around that offer a much better service, with professional employees.

I thought it was a very nice apartment, and complex. The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was because while I was sitting on the balcony I could not get over the amount of dog poop in the grass. The smell wasn't very nice at all. I'm surprised that there were children in the grass playing a birthday game. I'm really surprised that this very nice complex would not maybe invest into a dog park! Also I'm surprised that the neighbors haven't complained about the rather large dark colored dog barking rather loudly. Maybe ... read more
