RecommendedThis is my car dealer! This is where I service my Chevy that I bought here. Their service department is courteous and knowledgeable. I know my car is being well taken care of. Bennett Chevrolet have to be in the forefront for customer service. Every single person that works there is friendly and respectful and caring. I absolutely love it here!!
We will never go there again or recommend them.. They tried to screw us out of $1400.00 for car repairs. They lied to us. Terrible. Don't go there.
The staff was outstanding.
Bought a $41,000 truck that, bought an extended factory warranty. Sales handled my sale wonderfully, the service department is the absolute worst in the business! After canceling my appointment twice last minute because they suddenly had no loaner cars that my warranty entitles me to and the service department had said was available, I finally took it over without receiving a loaner. Bought my Cruze here in 2014 and had a fantastic experience that actually still leaves a mark on me four years later. Because I live in a separate county i have to deal with my local Chevy dealer for service. So today I was in the area and went to Bennett for my oil change and they were so friendly and sweet, talked to me like a human being (my local dealership does NOT do that)- MUCH better than my local dealership. If it wasn’t 45+ minutes from my house I’d gladly drive there.
We had a service appointment today and waited for the car. We don’t appreciate employees talking politics and bashing people. We respect your right to an opinion but it should not be discussed in a customer area. For this reason we will NOT return to your dealership.
We had Jeanie as our salesperson and she was amazing. Down to Earth, not pushy, and everything was done in a timely manner. She was Awesome and Bennett is my go to place now for purchasing cars!!!
