I went in for an oil change. Technician recommended a transmission service and coolant flush to be done. Had the work done paid five hundred and twenty one dollars. Coolant was never put into the tank. I drove home and discovered the error. All that was offered to me for this error was a free oil change and to look at my vehicle again. Need work on your customer service for people when mistakes are made.
We weren’t looking to purchase, just stopped in to look around. Thanks to Dennis, who was amazing, and Tristin, my daughter left with her first brand new car. Mark, the manager, was also great to work with. I highly recommend Bennett Chevy! Thanks guys for making my daughter so happy!

Absolutely glad I stopped in today! Mark Martinez was wonderful and very helpful. He didn't make me feel pressured to get into a new lease, in fact, he checked to see if I was eligible for a new lease., and I WAS 😁.. Everyone there is so polite, friendly and helpful. After sales, the service department is very disorganized. I have called multiple times and apparently no rep is available for assistance. Also, every time I take my car here for service, a new problem pops up when I leave.
The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Adrien Wilson was so sweet and patient with me. I am one happy Customer!! 🥰😃🙌🏼
