Bennett chev is the biggest joke there is specially the one service guy mark. He said due to oil getting on my alternator it’s ruined and it’s 996 for a alternator. Oil will not harm any part of the alternator, but just wash away the oil, even from the carbon brushes. If you did get oil on the brush area of the alternator, I would suggest using an aerosol brake cleaner to remove the oil. Him and his staff are the biggest rip offs and try to haggle you any way you can to try and be funny and get what they can.
