I am more than satisfied with my choice of Chevy 112 for my purchase. I was lucky to have Bob Shortle as my salesman. He could not have been more professional or polite. He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, He even took my wife and I over to a satellite lot to look at a vehicle. The manager came over to meet us and congratulate us on our purchase. He made us feel very comfortable about choosing Chevy 112 as the dealership to make our purchase.

I just moved to the area and I am always reluctant to go to dealerships to use them for Service for my car. I have always had the "use the local guy" mentality. Because I always felt that the dealerships had too much of a cooperate feeling and never really cared about the customer. Well I have now been to the Service department at Bob Fisher 3 times.....and I have never felt that way at all. Their customer service was top notch. We purchased a 2007 Saturn Aura from Bob Fisher. We had been looking for one for about a month. We did most of our shopping online because of our work schedules. We would find them at local dealerships and schedule appointments to go see them, but they would be purchased by someone else before we could get there. I saw a car on car guru from this dealership ( 2012 Ford Focus hatchback) and was listed at $3991 I contacted dealer on 9/14/19 and received a confirmation email from car guru and dealer and both indicating the same price, I requested pictures on the car since none was posted and I was promised by phone that I will get them on Monday 9/16/19 night, but nothing. I had to call and remind them on Tuesday and when I wanted to make a deal found out they raised the price over $2k and told me that dealer changes prices every week..... read more

Reed the service advisor was friendly and professional when I brought in my 1998 Firebird Trans Am convertible for a synthetic servicing with some additional questions . Dave the highly regarded Technician is absolutely top notch and has worked on my two aging 4th Gen F-bodies for years. We discussed among other points adding some additional post-traction fluid to the differential for an occasional recurring noise and the fitting quirk of those after-market w/s wipers (can't get real OE anymore).
