Although I have had very bad experiences with car salesmen in the past...this was not the case with Andrew Long or Joe Caravallo. They were both very informative and patient. Due to my extraordinary experience, I have highly recommended your dealership and will continue to do so. I will also come back when it’s time to trade in my current vehicle. Andrew long did a great job selling me the truck I wanted at a price that was reasonable. He was very nice and treated like I was a friend. I am gonna recommend this dealership to all my friends and tell everyone how courteous the staff is over there. I know where I’m gonna go if I want to buy another vehicle. This Dealership is far the best I have experience in buying a new car. They were friendly, outgoing, and didn't harass you at all. They help people that don’t have great credit and help ensure that you will walk away with something safe for you and your family. One of the things I hate the most is buying a new car. I decided what I wanted, which was a Chevy Equinox. I called about to several dealers in my area, Kerbeck and RK in Vineland. We were extremely unhappy with this dealership and their lack of professionalism. The manager, Greg, admitted to us that he does not take the time to inform his sales staff which handles customer phone inquiries of the truth about the incentives and promotions they advertise. This, of course, after he told us he never lies. Greg and his staff had no respect for our time and money. This dealership expects its customers to be uneducated and will take advantage of those that are. Beware.
I was very happy with my experience with Bennett Chevrolet. As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted right away with a very friendly Sales Associate named Michelle. I explained to Michelle exactly what I was looking for and she wasted no time showing me the cars that met my criteria. Bennett Chevrolet and in particular Andy Strijker took the time to talk to me about the various Chevrolet vehicles and features that were available for purchase. Once I selected the Impala, Andy was very accommodating coming back with Impala's available for purchase that fit my needs. The overall experience was very good!!
