No Pressure What So Ever! – Andy was great!!!!!!! No pressure what so ever...he explained everything about the vehicle and put us in the car that he knew would fit our budget....
Rude General Manger & Service Dept. Inadequate – Cecil Lam, General Manager, said I was "silly" because I complained about his employee chewing tobacco and spitting it in a cup in front of customers. He claimed they were sunflower seeds. Guess he had them stored in his cheek like a rodent because I never saw him put any in his mouth. Was picking up our truck after we had to bring it back AGAIN to be serviced because it was "shuddering and shaking" after they serviced it the first time. Fantastic – Kim was fantastic, Very friendly salesperson who did not only 110% but 180%. She is fantastic! I am grateful of the quick response & her ability to get a car that was hard to find. I was never disappointed because there was never any Bad news. I would most definitely return to Bennett & buy my next vehicle from Kim. I will definitely use Kim as a reference for any of my friends or co-workers who are looking to purchase a car.
Great Selection – I would highly recommend buying a car at Bennett Chevrolet. Their selection was extremely good and we dealt with John and Larry, who made the entire experience very enjoyable.
