Spoke with Michelle b a RN there , she was nasty and rude as I was trying to gather information for a residents medication , I can't understand why someone would work in a field of health care that job requires them to serve others and would think that having a nasty and rude attitude is ok because it's not , I feel sorry for the elderly people who she serves it's a crying shame to have such poor trashy etiquette.
