I believe in taking the time to listen to my patients. I try to treat patients conservatively when possible, but when surgery is necessary I try to explain exactly what needs to be done and what can be expected following surgery.

While the medical care for my son's carpal tunnel was fine, I wish we'd gone to another doctor as our financial and mental health is now stressed due to an unexpected $3000 bill. While Dr. Williams is an in network provider for our EMI insurance, the procedure was scheduled at a non-network facility, their sister Steward hospital Jordan Valley instead of a network IHC hospital. If you go here, do your due diligence and question every person, procedure and place to make sure you're still in network and won't be paying out of ... read more
I would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone needing orthopedic care.
Went in with a problem with my index finger that I had for about 3 months (I believed to be from sewing). He basically told me I had arthritis. He offered no solution or relief for my pain and finger that I couldn’t straighten. I knew it wasn’t arthritis because arthritis doesn’t come on that quickly. Went to my regular Dr and was given a cortisone shot and my finger was fine the next day. The pain was gone and I could straighten it. That was over a month ago and haven’t had an issue since. Ben has successfully completed 2 shoulder surgeries on my wife. The first on R shoulder Oct. 2016. The second was on her L shoulder 4 weeks ago. Not only did he beautifully educate my wife, but his calm demeanor elicited confidence. The R shoulder is perfect and the L shoulder is healing beautifully. Thank you DR. Williams for your expertise.
great job on my daughter and I, we had carpal tunnel surgery we healed fast and great results soon as he was done. very easy to talk to and would highly recommend to anyone needing this surgery
cold, abrupt. very much a take it or leave it I have spoken kind of guy. office staff dumb to the max. that's what my insurance pays for so I'm trapped.
Dr. Williams and his staff took great care of me! they answered all my questions before and after surgery. I was very comfortable with my experience and would recommend him to anyone that asked!
Back In 2014 (it is 2018 now)my sick scafoid bone(from falling on it in Volleyball) cracked in half. It was painful to even move my hand at all. Another doc said I’d have to go straight to a scafoid removal and 4 corners. But Ben did a vascular bone graft and put a screw in the cracked sick bone. It has been great! No pain. I do wear a good brace on my wrist when ever I play impact stuff like VB/BB cause when I have fallen on it my wrist it is a tad sore, but lifting ect no pain
