Easy to find and accessible parking. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Doctor was quick and very knowledgeable. Explained things in detail.
Dr. Valley was very helpful he is easy to talk to and I will go back to him he really seems to care about his patients.
I was referred to Dr. Valley by Dr. Valentin at OrthoCincy for a surgery consult. I showed up 15 minutes early for my 9 am appointment, at 915 no one had been in and no one informed me of any delay. At 935, I walked to the front to tell them I was leaving. She walked to the back, comes back and tells me "you're next to be seen, they're running a little behind." I worked in healthcare for 15 years, if there is a delay the patient should be informed!!!! I NEEDED this visit, I'm miserable.....but I wont be dismissed. Im so disa... read more
