I recently had my heater repaired by Jordan from Benjamin & Sons A/C Repair Service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jordan went above and beyond by not only fixing the heater but also following up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even stopped by in person to double-check that the system was working just right. His dedication and genuine care for customers really stood out to me. A few parts on my furnace stopped working, so I called for repair. I was impressed with the same-day service—these days, that's hard to find in Miami! The technician, Danny, arrived in about two hours and was very professional. He carefully checked everything and explained what was going on with my furnace. He found a dead switch and replaced it right from his truck. The motor was also seized up and needed to be replaced, so Danny took it apart to show me the problem. We hired Benjamin & Sons A/C Repair Service to take care of our entire AC system. They installed a brand new indoor and outdoor unit and even repaired our ductwork. When we checked everything after the job was done, we saw that all the ducts were strapped securely. The new unit was set up properly on blocks, and they ran a new drain line, paying close attention to the plumbing. We had our whole heating system replaced, including the water heater and oil tank. The team did a fantastic job, especially Brady—very professional, with a high-quality heater installation at a fair price. They were also super friendly to our dog!
