While we appreciate the professional care given to Karl we feel our own concerns were ignored or lost through the phone conversations we had during this last encounter. Somewhere it appears his previous stay has been lost. Also the request we made for the blood draw and phlebotomy to be held on same day was ignored as he still had to make two trips for the process, something that is stressful, costly, and unsafe for Karl to undertake. The staff were polite and professional and the Doctor was kind and patient, was a good listener, asked thoughtful questions and gave me some good information I haven’t been aware of. The entire experience was awesome!!
