Doctor and staff cordial profesdional and handled my issues with ease.
Dr McArthur performed hip replacement surgery on both of my hips, 2 years apart. I felt well taken care of both times, and I’m recovering well 2 weeks out from the second surgery.
I am a repeat patient with Dr MacArthur, and there is a reason! Not only can you call his office and speak to a real live person, but the entire staff is so friendly, professional and accommodating. I had my right hip replaced four and a half years ago and it is doing great. Now it is my left hip that is needing the help. Dr MacArthur is so good at explaining all of the non surgical options to consider without immediately pushing surgery.
Dr. McArthur always explains test results in such an easily understood way. He takes the necessary time to do so. I appreciate that.
