The Pre-op appointment and check-in Was wonderful. People are kind, friendly, helpful, and help put you at ease. Checkout was not as nice, Felt like I was a little left out at the end of the staff's day. The surgery went well and healing is progressing nicely. I just feel that more follow up contact after surgery and a chance to ask questions of a nurse a day later to make sure that the recovery pian is being followed, and the patient is not suffering something that they should not be.
Met with Holly, PA. for my pre-op appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable. Answered my questions and advised me on things that could go wrong, which is good to know in advance. Still a very scary procedure but felt I will be in capable hands.
