I don't even know where to start with this man. He scheduled an early morning appointment after I verified twice with him, then proceeded to tell us he would never make an appointment at that time. I had to wait three hours for him to arrive, and he was ten minutes late. He did nothing for my issue, and also refused to do LOA paperwork and a doctors note. THIS IS NO DR.OFFICE.NEVER USE DR RIVERS.HE JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY.HE HAS NO INTEREST IN HELPING YOU.I SHOULD WALKED OUT WHEN I GOT THERE.SOMETHING TOLD ME TO,BUT I DID NOT.I SHOULD HAVE.THIS IS THE WORSE OFFICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN.DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH HIM.GO TO A GOOD DR.I WISHED SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME.I PAID HIM FOR NOTHING.
