For me (who had both knees replaced in a 9-week period) it was a well-oiled machine. The word perfection comes to mind. Dr Maxson told me everything that I needed to know and what I was facing so that I wouldn't have any surprises before or after the surgery. I have zero complaints. Every single person involved in my surgery have been outstanding. I can't see how it could be any better. I gave him a five-star rating if they had a 10 star rating I would have given him a 10.
