Had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Bellevue. They showed up on time (which is rare these days), were super friendly, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. The plumber explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Honestly, just a solid, trustworthy company. I’d definitely call them again.

Five stars for Donald! I was in a real bind and needed a plumber urgently. Donald responded quickly, arriving on short notice. He was efficient and professional, completing the job swiftly and effectively. What really impressed me, was his honesty. He found the necessary part on sale and adjusted the final bill downwards to reflect the savings. I highly recommend Donald for his skill, professionalism, and integrity. He's a top-notch plumber!

Incredibly pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing across the board… From the initial call to the quote in that same telephone call to service same day for a leaking water heater. Holy cow! Cannot recommend this company enough! Customer service is outstanding, crew doing the install were professional, polite, and neat … could not tell. They had been there when they left and took away the old unit.
