Julio carefully explained to me what might need to be done if they had not been properly installed when house was built. He then checked, found that they were installed the correct way (screwed in), and got replacement faucets installed. He was very courteous and obviously knew what he was doing.

We loved the service we received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Scheduling was easy & very responsive. The service tech, Carl, was on time and very professional. He repaired my kitchen faucet and installed 3 shower heads. He also informed me that the kitchen faucet was under warranty and started a claim with the manufacturer on our behalf! Great service!
