Inefficient office process to notify patient of results. In my case it was nearly a month after the pathology results were available and only after I called to see the status. Extensive waits of 45-60 minutes to be seen after appointment time.
I had bunion surgery with Dr Ben Stein and it was very successful! My pain is completely gone and my foot looks great! Dr. Stein also has a great team. I found Lauren George extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She responded promptly to my emails! Finally, I never had to wait more than 5 mins for an appointment.
I did not have a good experience with this doctor. My first visit, he breezed in, didn't say hello or introduce himself, was very gruff and just said, "ok, what's the problem?" Spent just a few minutes with me, and he was gone. My problem has persisted and he was no help. I think if he had taken more time to talk with me we could have accomplished more. I would not go back to this Dr.
