This office made my 89 year old mother in law wait for over an hour and half for an appointment that was scheduled 2 months in advance. When questioned, we received a bunch of excuses. Completely unacceptable!!
Dr. Chaon has stayed on top of my eye issue, even though it has taken 9 months to clear up. He has cared about more than just my eye health, but my general physical well being as well. He has done more for me on this issue than my general practitioner has, although they were both involved initially. I highly recommend Dr. Chaon.
