I came to Dr. Amis with a “trigger finger” condition. He checked my finger carefully, explained the condition, and gave me a steroid shot. Problem solved! He is an excellent doctor.
Dr. Amis was excellent from start to finish. I had my shoulder replacement surgery recently, and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. He was kind, thoughtful, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the process. His care and compassion really stood out to me. I’m grateful to have had him as my surgeon and would highly recommend Dr. Amis to anyone needing shoulder replacement surgery.
Finding a doctor who performed needle aponeurotomy was challenging, but Dr. Amis provided exceptional care and excellent results. The staff was friendly as well. Thank you!
Excellent knowledge about Dupuytren’s Contracture in all of the options to treat it. He explained everything in thorough detail and was extremely patient answering questions and going over the pros and cons of each solution. It was very easy to make an appointment and the staff was very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Having been to a number of hand doctors over the years, I would give Dr. Amis a 10 out of 10 rating

I badly broke my wrist in February on my dominant hand. I was terrified that I would be permanently incapacitated. Dr Amis is an incredible surgeon and I have now fully recovered my mobility.
Dr Amis was very attentive and addressed all my questions and concerns. He promptly did XRays on my finger, showed them to me with ann explanation of the problem. He assessed and splinted my right ring finger for a ruptured extensor tendon. He is very caring and informative.
Everyone was very professional and Dr Amis was very kind and took care of my hand and wrist problem I had had for months. I’m feeling so much better. Recommend him very highly.
Dr. Amis is brilliant and has a very kind demeanor. He spoke with me at a patient level and I could understand diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
