I've been coming here for a long time and will never go anyplace else. They did a great job, very friendly and love their constant sense of humor. Rose is ALWAYS full of jokes. LOL
Kudos to Rose and the rest of the staff. I am a repeat and loyal customer who always leaves very happy. I went in at lunch yesterday (Monday) for a shellac manicure. The person who did it was new and, sadly, didn't do such a great job. I left very unhappy but unwilling to 'make a scene.' I went back after lunch and asked if I could talk to Rose the next day (today), but she insisted on talking to me right then. Then asked if I could stay so she could redo the manicure.
