Loved the floors and service from this store. We bought a new house that came with carpet unless we wanted to pay a ridiculous upgrade price. Priced it at several stores and were very pleased with Benecia Flooring prices, service and no hassle salesmanship. They were fast and competent. Respectful and followed restrictions during COVID. Had a small issue with the stairs and they responded to our calls and sent someone out as soon as allowed (time restrictions because of COVID lock down when we first called). Whenever I need floors, these are the guys I come to. They have done carpet, linoleum, hardwood and now luxury vinyl for me. And all of it has come out well. If there is ever a problem, which is just the nature of construction, they make it right. Having work done on your house can be stressful-at least for me-but these guys do the best they can to help you get through the process without pain, from purchase to installation I have found them to be kind.
