This business is top notch! Bob really knows his stuff. I got so many bids and floor "experts " to look at my commercial space I'm renting, that my head was spinning. Out of all those people Bob was the only one that seemed to really care and understand the needs of the space, what I could and couldn't do. We are very pleased with the carpet, luxury vinyl tile planks and ceramic tile installed in our home. Our home is about 2200sf and we had carpet installed in the family room , living/dining room, hallway and 4 bdrms, ceramic tile in entryway and luxury vinyl tile planks in kitchen and laundry room. We were in desperate need of a commercial tile floor done quickly and at a reasonable cost. After receiving 5 estimates, all on out of our budget range, I've decided to give it one more try and called "Floors on First". Bob (the owner) came, listened to our story, scheduled the work for the next day (it was a weekend) and gave us a major discount.
