Worst customer service of a dental office that I have ever experienced in my life. First, they scheduled me for a 2:00 appointment this past summer. They called me the day of my appointment to see if I could come in early because they had a 1:00 cancellation, I could not. On my way to my 2:00 appointment they called me to say the hygienist and dentist did not want to stay for my appointment and so they were canceling and would see me the next day instead. It was a miracle to find Beau Benich, best Dentist. I have to have dentures and remove my teeth prior. He did an excellent job, I only felt some pain when he started with the anesthesia injections and after that, I felt no pain whatsoever. The staff is great and the service excellent. I highly recommend Benich Dental to everyone. I already passed this information to all my friends and family. Thank you Beau.
My family has really enjoyed this dental practice. The dad in charge is a funny charming guy. They are a busy office and sometimes that has pressure on the staff. But overall its been a great experience.
The office staff and assistants are very pleasant! I have always had the privilege of using David and I have always been very happy with him and out of the other 2 dentist I have only used the father and the first visit and any other (which has only been 1 other time) he is rude, pushy and wants to do the ultimate that’s not needed so he can receive the higher cost! Was having some periodontal issues but Tiffany Richardson, hygienist, has put me now a regiment to help my gums. She explained very thoroughly how I could help myself keep my gums healthy, she is a sweetheart with a heart of gold. This Dental group are a true blessing, truly top-notch professionals

Every person there from the girl at the front desk to the assistants to the dentist themselves made me feel very welcome and treated me with a lot of respect despite my obvious lack of past dental hygiene and very bad teeth! Love my dentist. I was in deep pain late on a Friday evening so I called the office number. Dr. Benich himself answered and told me to be in his office Saturday morning at 8:00.
Beau is a fabulous dentist! Does great work, and spends a lot of time explaining everything. You won't find better pricing either! Would never go anywhere else!
