Should be called Nightmare Dental! Horrific experience!
Our family has been going here for about 15 years now. Unfortunately customers are simply becoming a number to them apparently. I have a busy schedule like most consumers do. My appointment was at 9 am this morning. I called on my way there and said due to traffic I will be there at 9:08 am today (which they said was fine) and I was there at that exact time. Sherry should be fired for traumatizing and harassing patients preparing to have major work done! Changing prices after patient is medicated and chasing them around the office AFTER PAYMENT is just horrible! If this amazing dentist is losing customers - it’s because they have this heartless person working there! hanged my review after meeting the meanest most hateful woman I have ever encountered, Sherry! Sherry is mentioned in several reviews below for her attitude and hatefulness - long gray hair is how some have referred to her! I may have misunderstood what I was told before but you can be nice about it! I’m just mortified that customer service has gotten so tough! Benich dental should be your last resort. If you are in pain and need a tooth extracted fast this is the place. Any other work needed. Crowns, Bone Graft, Paschal etc.… go to a professional. Make sure you understand the charges before you make payment. If you have insurance and you’re confused about your charges contact your insurance company. Very unhappy with this practice. I have been trying to get them to send me my account credit of almost ****** since November of 2021. The entire dental staff dentist included are very rude. After spending upwards ******* for three dental crowns of which I was told my insurance paid nothing. I paid my account in full. The insurance also sent them almost ****** towards my claim. I had a tooth removed then from the office in Woodstock GA. I was told I would need a bone draft. I was charged for the bone draft and was told the insurance would pay the remaining. After one day the stitches stared to come out and some of the bone draft along with it. I went in and was told it was fine. By the end of the week everything came out. The customer service is terrible at this office. They canceled an appointment on me 15 minutes prior to the appointment (even though they confirmed the day before) because they “made a mistake on the time and the hygienist and dentist didn’t want to stay”. Last straw, yesterday after being 9 minutes late to an appointment and still being told to come on ahead…after waiting an hour told, we can’t see you today.
